RUSSIAN VILLAGE
Part of the historic Russian Village in Kilquade, only the original 'long building' entrance was retained.
The new works are in keeping with the sylvan style and setting, including timber shingle roof and white rendered walls.
A new circulation route was created to separate the old and new. The entrance lobby crosses this corridor and forms the return to the two-storey bedroom wing.
The orientation of the main habitual rooms allows passive views between the three family zones: kitchen/living, kids and parent.
